Job Description

Shiloh Baptist Church is seeking a Youth & Children’s Minister to lead and grow a Christ-centered ministry for children (birth–5th grade) and youth (6th–12th grade). This role focuses on teaching, discipleship, and rebuilding a strong, engaging program that connects with both students and families. Responsibilities include leading weekly services, developing volunteers, planning events and outreach, and fostering spiritual growth in a Southern Baptist context. Candidates should have a clear calling to ministry, strong relational and leadership skills, and alignment with Southern Baptist beliefs. Ministry experience preferred; degree or current enrollment in a related field is a plus. Full-time position. Compensation based on experience.
