First Baptist Church of Clearwater, located in the heart of Clearwater, Kansas, is searching for a dedicated Family Discipleship Pastor to lead our youth ministry and strengthen our commitment to family discipleship. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact within our church and community. We are looking for a relationship builder—a leader who loves Christ, teaches Scripture faithfully, and is eager to engage with families, guiding them to become the primary spiritual leaders in their homes. Strengthening Children’s Ministry: Collaborate with volunteers and staff to enhance our children’s ministry, ensuring a vibrant, supportive environment for our youngest members. Building a Unified Culture: Work closely with our Senior Pastor and church leadership to foster a comprehensive family discipleship culture aligned with our church’s mission and vision. Who We're Looking For: We seek someone with a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a strong sense of calling to ministry. If you agree with our doctrinal convictions as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, have a bachelor's degree (or more) in a related field, and possess a character marked by pastoral maturity and relational warmth—this could be your calling!
