Key Board Player

Faith & Love Empowerment Center is seeking a spiritually grounded, skilled, and dependable Keyboard Player/Musician to support our worship ministry. The ideal candidate will be able to blend the energy and spontaneity of Pentecostal worship with traditional and contemporary gospel music and modern worship styles. The Keyboard Player/Musician will help create an atmosphere that supports praise, prophetic worship, prayer, altar ministry, preaching, and congregational participation. This position reports directly to the Overseer/Bishop while working closely and collaboratively with the Co-Praise and Worship Leaders. The successful candidate must have a personal relationship with God, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and fully respect FLEC’s commitment to being an inclusive and affirming church.
