Job Description
We're seeking someone who is a pastor first -- a shepherd with a heart for people who is also gifted in leading the church in authentic, Jesus-centered, Spirit-filled worship. The ideal candidate is a strong vocalist and instrumentalist, is comfortable leading a worship band, plays acoustic guitar, and is in his 20s and 30s. In addition to worship leadership, the role provides oversight for our production team and congregational communications team, including social media and our church app. We're excited to consider candidates who may be serving as an associate pastor, worship associate, or student ministry leader and are ready to take the next step into their first lead worship pastor role. We value character, teachability, and a passion for building teams as much as experience.
